In an article titled "CPSC Ties Drywall, Corrosion," published on November 24, 2009 in The Wall Street Journal, MCWG partner Philip C. Silverberg was attributed the following quote:

"If drywall manufacturers don't pay for fixing tainted drywall and repairing thousands of affected homes, the cost likely would be borne largely by builders and developers, their subcontractors, drywall suppliers and possibly their commercial insurers, depending on the coverage they have, said Philip Silverberg, an attorney for insurers at Mound Cotton Wollan & Greengrass in New York City."
