Barry Temkin Serves as Contributing Editor and Chapter Author for NYCLA Ethics Institute’s The New York Rules of Professional Conduct

MCWG Counsel Barry Temkin is a contributing editor of and author of four chapters in a new book on legal ethics published on August 5 by the Oxford University Press.  The book is entitled The New York Rules of Professional Conduct, and contains an annotation of and commentary on the 2009 New York ethics rules.  Barry Temkin is Chair of the New York County Lawyers' Association Professional Ethics Committee and an adjunct professor at Fordham University School of Law.  MCWG partner Daniel Markewich and associate Kenneth Lange assisted in the project.  For further information, please click here or contact Barry Temkin at btemkin@moundcotton.com.
