Barry Temkin was a panelist at a November 5th continuing legal education seminar hosted by the New York State Trial Lawyers Institute entitled "Ethical Issues for Solo and Small Firm Practitioners."  The seminar topics includde an overview of the lawyer disciplinary system, avoiding ethical pitfalls and law firm exposure to professional discipline.
