Brian F. Boardingham has more than 15 years of experience in insurance and reinsurance disputes. His current practice is focused on reinsurance arbitration and litigation. Mr. Boardingham has recently been involved in arbitrations concerning workers' compensation carve-out, London Market excess of loss spirals, marine reinsurance, fronting arrangements and managing general agents.
