Boardingham, Brian F.

Brian F. Boardingham has more than 15 years of experience in insurance and reinsurance disputes. His current practice is focused on reinsurance arbitration and litigation. Mr. Boardingham has recently been involved in arbitrations concerning workers' compensation carve-out, London Market excess of loss spirals, marine reinsurance, fronting arrangements and managing general agents. Mr. Boardingham has been a speaker at various conferences sponsored by BVR/Mealey's, ARIAS-US and the Reinsurance Association of America. Mr. Boardingham is admitted to practice in New York. Mr. Boardingham is a graduate of Drew University and Boston University School of Law.
